My 12 Weeks on Slimfy – Weeks 10 – 12

I am in the final stretch! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be able to make it to week 12, because I have been able to stay consistent with meeting my goals every week. It seems like a self-feeding cycle: the supplements are helping to control my appetite, which makes it easier for me to lose weight, which helps me to stay consistent with the program since I’m having great results.

My Slimfy Journey – Week 10

One of the biggest benefits that I have been noticing is the fact that I am not as hungry throughout the day. It used to be that I wanted to reach for a candy bar in the afternoons, an extra doughnut or two in the mornings, or a midnight snack right before bed. I still snack occasionally, but for the most part my appetite has gone down enough to help me decrease my portion sizes.
I love the fact that I’m not constantly hungry on this diet, and I think it’s because the natural ingredients in the supplements are helping by regulating the hunger hormones in my body and making it easier for me to find clarity about my hunger so that I can stop eating when I’m not hungry. It’s also interesting to see how much I am gaining more awareness about my body, helping me to control my food choices and motivating me to exercise more often.
BTW- I weighed myself today, and I’ve lost 22 pounds! I started at 174, and I’m now at 154. I’m really hoping to break past 150 before I end my 12-week journey—wish me luck that I can make it!

I finally decided to go shopping for new clothes this week, because none of my clothes are fitting me anymore! I’ve been trying to decide when it was the right time to buy new clothes, especially because I don’t want to re-buy everything again after I meet my weight loss goals.
But, my old clothes are so baggy that they are hanging off my frame, so I figured it would be best to at least buy a few staples for my closet to help me get by. Maybe, I’ll go on a bigger shopping trip in a few weeks when I’ve lost a little more weight!

My Slimfy Journey – Week 12

I can’t believe that this 12 week experiment went by so quickly! In the past, I’ve been counting down the days until the diet was over, because I couldn’t wait to be done with the miserable experience that I was having. But, this time was different, because I noticed so many positive changes and increases in energy, making it easier and easier to stick with the program on an ongoing basis.
The interesting thing to me is the fact that I am continuing to lose weight, even though I’ve been in the stage 3 “maintenance mode.” It makes me realize that I can likely continue the weight loss trend if I stick with the phase 3 plan for a while, so I’m planning to buy a few more bottles so that I can keep going.
I love the fact that I feel more comfortable and confident about myself, and it’s been so fun to hear the comments from other people! Even my kids have been talking with me about the fact that they are having so much fun playing outside with me. Because I have more energy, we’ve been able to keep the TV off and spend more time playing together, it has been great!
I’m so grateful for the fact that I finally found something that worked. It has made such a difference in my life to experience such amazing weight loss success, and I still have the motivation to continue with my efforts so that I can reach my high school weight.
Because of the weight loss success that I’ve experienced, I would highly suggest that you try it for yourself. It’s been such a great opportunity for me to feel better about my body, and I want everyone to have the same success that I’ve had!
