I was 30, over weight, and unhappy. I had tried several different weight loss programs and never really got anywhere. I would get so excited and “committed” to my new diets every couple of months, but after a couple days that excitement would where off and end. Until I found Slimfy I honestly did not think I could lose weight. I blamed it on bad genetics and figured this was going to be as good as I can get. Thankfully, it wasn’t.
When I came across Slimfy it was a very new product. I decided to chronicle my experiences in a journal and post the journal online (here). You can real though my entire 12 week experience on this site. Below you can find where to start!
Weeks 1-3 on Slimfy– The beginning part of the diet. Typically the most fun as you’re still very excited. One thing was different about these first three weeks compared to any other diet I have tried. The difference? After 3 weeks I felt GREAT!
Weeks 4-6 On Slimfy– Here is where normal diets usually slow down. The changes you experience begin to wear off as your body adapts to the new routine. Again, with Slimfy this was very different.
Weeks 7-9 On Slimfy– At this point, you feel so good you begin to wonder what you were waiting for all this time. The pounds are shredding off your body, your energy is way up and a new confidence begins to build inside you.
Weeks 10-12 On Slimfy– We lost the weight, we feel great. Now it’s time to maintain the weight loss, keep the pounds falling off and keep on improving!
